  • Habit : A medium-sized tree.
  • Leaves : Usually 4-5 inches long, very variable in breadth, rarely alternate, shining above, rarely elliptical and obtuse.
  • Flower : Tiny, greenish yellow, insignificant.
  • Flowering and Fruiting Time : Jan - March
  • Significance :
    • Leaves are dried in the sun and are sold in market.
    • The leaves are used as spice.
