Habit :
60-150 cm tall herbs or undershrubs, thinly pubescent in younger parts.
Leaves :
3.5-17 x 1.2-7.8 cm ovate, ovate-oblong or ovate-lanceolate, glabrous or sparsely hairy.
Inflorescence :
Racemes
Flowers :
6-30 cm long, axillary and terminal, white, tinged with pink, and bilipped. Upper lip is 5 mm. The lower lip is trilobed.
Fruit :
Nutletsoblong, brown, smooth.
Flowering and Fruiting Time :
September - December
