• Habit : A small, glandular herb found growing on walls of some places (Lithophytes).
• Leaves : Opposite or the upper alternate, ovate, acute, serrate, glandular hairy.
• Inflorescence : 1-2 flowered,Axillary.
• Flowers :
  • Calyx bell-shaped, 5 lobes, triangular glandular-hairy.
  • Corolla yellow, bilabiate, upperlip 2-lobed, lower lip 3-lobed, rounded.
  • Stamens 4, didynamous, included, anthers with separate stalked cells.
