  • Habit : A 30-100 cm tall, suffruticose, glabrous herbs.
  • Leaves : Alternate, 3-6 cm long, leaflets obovate-oblong, glabrous or nearly so.
  • Inflorescence : Axillary racemes.
  • Flowers : Bright-yellow, 2.5-4.5 cm long.
  • Fruit :
    • Pods linear-cylindric, faintly reticulate, beaked.
    • Seeds oblong or sub-cylindric, dark-brown, smooth, glabrous.
  • Flowering and Fruiting Time : September - January
  • Significance : Found along the roads and in the undergrowth of trees, not common.
