About Sansevieria cylindrica Plant :

  • Habit : A perennial herb with short thick rhizome.
  • Leaves : Erect, rigid, terete, quite solid, leathery, circular in outline, grooved, tapering at the apex, dark green with grey-green cross bands, becoming less conspicuous with age.
  • Inflorescence : Raceme
  • Flowers : Cream-white, tinged with pink in fascicles along the rachis of a young raceme.
  • Significance : Occasionally cultivated as a foliage plant.
