Leaves :
Bipinnate, leaflets 60-100 pairs, small.
Two glands present at the base of the petiole.
Flowers :
Flowers in big globose or obovoid, green heads, peduncles long.
Calyx tubular, teeth 5, corolla tubular, stamens 10.
Ovary on a stalk.
Fruit :
Pods large and strap-shaped.
Flowering and Fruiting Time :
January - March
Significance :
Occasionally grown in the gardens.
